Membership of the Institute of Refrigeration Ireland is open to anyone with a professional interest in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning or Heat Pumps.

Student membership is free. The annual fee for all other grades of membership is €120.00. Student members post apprenticeship completion will avail of a 50% reduced rate for the first year.

Corporate Partnership paid annually 1^st Jan to 31^st Dec each year is €750.00. Companies joining mid year will be charged on the basis of the remaining portion of the year.

You can submit your application for membership online using the form below. This application format is most user friendly. Alternatively, you can request an application form by email and it will be emailed or posted to you. The grade of membership will be decided by Council in light of the candidate’s technical, academic and practical achievements (as detailed in his/her application for membership).
